Who am I?

I am an internationally experienced, language proficient, and multitalented Master of Arts (MA) with teacher qualifications as well as a people-centered and development-oriented approach. I greatly enjoy versatile and meaningful work. I am looking for exciting new opportunities to develop and utilize my skills and knowledge.

My excellent skills in cooperating and communicating with different kinds of people have played a crucial role in succeeding as a teacher, assistant, and coordinator. I have outstanding language skills and considerable intercultural competence. I have worked in international and multicultural environments both in Finland and abroad. Having worked many years in customer service, I am very good at offering friendly, customer-oriented service also in different kinds of situations. My experience has developed my skills in coping with changing, busy, and challenging circumstances.

I have excellent oral and written skills as well as multifaceted experience in public relations. I have versatile IT skills and I can easily master new programs, applications, and software. Having often done work with a versatile job description, my ability to learn new things fast as well as my time management and self-leadership skills have played a vital role in succeeding at work. My skills in performing job tasks which require precision and a systematic approach also in a hurry and under pressure have been important as well.

Besides languages and cultures, sustainable development, music such as singing in a choir, and history, for example in the form of genealogy, are close to my heart. I have done voluntary work, for instance, by teaching Finnish and assisting young immigrants with homework assignments at a multicultural center.

In addition to having English skills nearly equivalent to those of a native speaker, I am fluent in Russian and Swedish, know French well and have a basic command of German. You can find out more about me in these other languages on this website.
